@Brook19 I know it can be hard, annoying and upsetting when you get a poor review, especially after putting in so much work to make everything perfect for the guest. Unfortunately it's the cost of doing business. Try not to take it personally. You will have guests who have different expectations, or who do not understand what Airbnb is all about and are expecting hotel like accommodations. Just keep doing what you are doing, and continue to work for those 5 stars! 🐵 All the best!
