what is the percenteage taken by airbnb on guests´payments?

I have guests arriving who tell me they have paid Airbnb 520€ for their stay, while on my booking sheet, it is stated that they have paid 440€, olut of which Airbnb has taklen 16€ 

What is the amount that Airbnb actually takes from guests ? 

Is it normal that if a guest pays 520€ the host gets 424 € 

So Airbnb takes 20% off the top ?

It varies but less than 20%, do AirBnB also collect taxes?

Host service fees are 3~5% and guest service fees are 5~15% and from what I understand it also depends on host and guest locations, country, and payout method and currency. 

And as @David126 mentions there could be taxes as well.

I honestly think max 20% is a bit excessive for the level of service Airbnb actually provides.
