why guest cancel booking and i become 99% commitment rate drop ??!!

i welcome all my guest from airbnb stayed , only two cases and im not really understand if delay handover guest can cancel booking without pernalty plus less mine commitment rate ?? , in aribnb rules it is dint not mention about this . pls reply as this is not fare for me thx

Confirmed guest that cancelled the confirmed booking wont affect your commitment rate.

thx ur reply , but this happen for me ... i never cancel any booking , but this morning i receipt report my commiment rate drop 1% , currently im super host , in this case next session will not able to become if airbnb dint not amend this ,
