Can I rate a guest?

I had two guests who checked out of our place yesterday. I'd like to rate them now. Normally I get an e-mail reminding me to do this. The same goes for the rating process of the places I've stayed at as a guest.

Is there any way I can write a rating even if I haven't got that reminder e-mail?
