Experience with Air BNB: Poorest Customer service ever

Do you have experience with Air BNB Customer Services

Here is what I have experienced with them in the last couple of weeks:

1. It is rather difficult to contact them (I assume this is done on purpose for cost reasons)
2. Hence, I went to the Impressum Page and took the email address they are indicating terms@airbnb.com
3. I sent an email twice. Reason: AirBNB charged more than 1000 Euros from my credit card although I hadn't booked with AirBNB. Last booking was more than one year ago
4. NO Answer
5. We tried through the log in and contact form
6. They answered they would come back to us asap
7. NO answer
8. We sent another message and shared our frustration
9. NO answer
10: We sent another message
11. A short message came back, that they will refund the amount without any explanation
12. We have been waiting for the money since then

IT is time to contact some journalists and send a personal letter to Brien Chesky. What would he say if the apartment owners would deal with customers the same way his company does? Very disappointing.

@Nicole419 Kennst Du Google? Google mal "Telefonnummer Airbnb". Wenn Deine Kreditkartendaten geklaut werden, kannst Du aber nicht Airbnb dafür verantwortlich machen, sondern solltest Dich schleunigst an Deine Bank wenden und checken, ob da noch weiterer Missbrauch betrieben wurde.

Ja, In dem Fall hatte uns die Bank an AIR BNB verwiesen.
