Fake oder echt?

Hallo Leute, ich brauche eure Hilfe.

Bin auf ein Inserat einer super Wohnung gestossen und nach Kontakt mit der Vermieterin bin ich ein wenig verunsichert ob das ganze seriös ist...

Was meint ihr dazu?

Mail 1:

Mein Name ist Diana Baecker und ich bin ein 44 Jahre alt. Ich kaufte mir diese Wohnung für meinen Sohn während er die Studien, aber jetzt ist er wieder zu Hause in Italien dauerhaft, so bin ich zum alleinigen Betreiber der Ort für unbegrenzte Zeit.
Bevor wir weiter gehen, möchte ich etwas über Sie, wie wieviele Personen Sie beabsichtigen, in der Wohnung leben, wissen, was ist Ihre Aufgabe, wie alt bist du.
Die Wohnung liegt im xxxxxxxxx.
Es ist voll möbliert, aber wenn Sie es nicht möbliert benötigen, können Sie die Möbel bei der Lagerung bewegt werden.
Die Miete beträgt CHF 580 pro Monat und beinhaltet alle unten aufgeführten Dienstprogramme:
• Highspeed-Internet
• Nebenkosten (Wasser / Gas / Strom / Heizung)
• TV-Kabel
• Parkplatz
Kurz- oder langfristig zu Leasing ?! Der Mietvertrag ist flexibel, kann von Monat zu Monat zu sein, Mindestaufenthalt 1 Monat - max 8/9 Jahren. Der Preis wird nicht monatlich zu erhöhen, wird es für den gesamten Zeitraum, dass der Auftrag für die unterzeichnet werden gleich bleiben.
Über Haustiere .. gibt es keine Probleme, wenn Sie Haustiere haben, so lange wie Sie bereinigen nach ihnen!
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass meine Arbeit erlaubt mir nicht, nach Mailand selbst für einen einzigen Tag zu verlassen. Wir haben gerade ein paar neue Mitarbeiter angestellt und ich bin verantwortlich für ihre Ausbildung. Aber dies hat keinen Einfluss auf die Sie überhaupt nicht.

PS: Wenn Sie in englischer Sprache schreiben, wird es groß sein, weil wir besser zu verstehen.

"Thanks for your reply,
You seem to be a very nice person and I can assure you we will not have any problems.
The apartment has been up kept properly and had a professional, top-to-bottom cleaning.
Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be CHF 580 for whole apartment and to rent my apartment I want TWO months of rent in advance ( CHF 580 + CHF 580 = CHF 1160 ) and I want also a security deposit of CHF 500, with no extra taxes to pay. The rent, I want to receive them monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to send the money in my account. The apartment is ready for you, all you have to do is to check it and see if you like it.
In order of that, I've found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast so you can check the apartment in less than 3 days.
Nobody can help me to show you the apartment because I don't know the neighbors very well.
The solution I've chosen is provided by Airbnb, they handle rentals for people who are unable to solve them alone, which are abroad etc.
So they will take care both the inspection and payment.

"I want to take this opportunity to assure you that there is nothing to be worried about this rental. You can see on my announcement that I've positive feedback with Airbnb and they verified my personal ID.

I will try explain to you step by step how this will work, take a few moments and read my email carefully!
First you must reserve the apartment for two months and after you've made the booking, you must complete the payment.

In 2-3 days after your payment confirmation the agent from Airbnb will come to present you the apartment and give you the contract. The contract is signed by me and you can choose to rent my apartment for long or short term period. The monthly rent will be the same for whole period.

Once you inspected the apartment you have two options:
Option 1: You will take the apartment and sign the contract for long or short term period.
Option 2: But I don't think you will use this option, you'll tell to the agent that you don't want to rent my apartment and Airbnb will refund you the money in 48 hours.
End of the deal!
I've chosen Airbnb because they offer a guarantees for both of us.
I will get paid only after you confirm that you will rent my apartment.

Habe ihr auf whatsapp geschrieben, profilbild scheint okay zu sein, aber ihr status ist der standart "hallo ich benutze whatsapp" der bei einer neuen nummer kommt und ist erst 20 tage alt...

Das ganze kommt mir doch ein wenig verdächtig vor.

Was meint ihr dazu?

Nach der nachricht hat "sie" whatsapp gelöscht... also ja, war leider fake...

das das ein fake Inserat war, siehst Du auch an der Dir zugesandten web Adresse von airbnb beginnend mit http. Die web Adresse von airbnb muss immer mit  https (mit "s" hinten) beginnen.

Man muß aufpassen, die arbeiten mit einer Top level Domain *.online

Also wie .de oder .com gibt es auch eine .online

Hier wurde nun der name *.airbnb.com-abcd-abc123. online benutzt.

Die Top Level Domain ist natürlich nicht airbnb.com, so wie es im ersten Namensbestandteil steht, sondern eine SublevelDomain mit ...*airbnb.com*... und dann als Top Level .online.

Ist ein einfacher Betrug. Immer mitdenken und aufpassen und lieber einmal nachfragen.

Eine toll möblierte Wohnung, die nur 580 CHF pro Monat kostet, incl. Highspeed-Internet, Nebenkosten (Wasser / Gas / Strom / Heizung), TV-Kabel, Parkplatz, die gibt es nicht. Dafür gibt es in der Schweiz höchstens einen Stall oder eine Garage.

Hey ihr, ich  hatte heute genau das Selbe. Auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung in Paderborn. Anfangs hieß es auch, dass die Dame für 10 Jahre jetzt nach Italien gegangen ist und leider nicht hier vor Ort ist, dass man die Wohnung mal besichtigen kann. Und als ich darauf geantwortet habe kam das zurück und ich wusste, hier stimmt etwas nicht:

Also Leute, wenn jemand eine Wohnung anbietet, die euch viel zu günstig vorkommt und dann auch noch alles an Nebenkosten mit drin, sogar STROM und Internet oder sonstiges, dann lasst es gleich sein. Scheinbar häuft sich das jetzt gerade wieder. Ich habe auch nochmal nach dem Inserat geschaut bei Immobilienscout24, aber da war es schon wieder gelöscht.

@Jasmin85, ich versteh das mit diesen Fake-Seiten nicht wirklich.  Du hast die Webseite von airbnb angeklickt oder hast ein vermeintliches airbnb Inserat auf einer anderen Vermietungswebseite gefunden?

Ich bin direkt selbst auf airbnb.de gegangen und hab den Link nicht angeklickt und habe da nach dem Ort gesucht und geschaut, ob es das wirklich gibt. Und da gab es keine Wohnung an dieser Adresse. Daher dachte ich, ich rufe mal bei AirBNB an, ob es sowas gibt. Aber weil die Telefonschalnge so lang war habe ich mal danach schnell gegooglet und sieh an, andere hatten selbigen Fall.

Aber auch, als es schon hieß, der Vertrag und das ganze muss über airBNB gemacht werden, ist mir das schon bitter aufgestoßen.

ich habe genau das Gleiche erlebt und bin wirklich froh, dass ich eure Beiträge gefunden habe.

Ich wurde auf einer sehr bekannten Wohnungsplattform auf das Angebot aufmerksam. Der vermeintliche "Vermieter" fragte nach meiner Email Adresse. EIn Tag später bekam ich von einer gewissen "Roberta P." eine Nachricht. Sie sei wegen ihrem Beruf nach Dublin-Irland gezogen und möchte nun längerfristig Ihre Wohnung vermieten. Dies war nun Ihre zweite Mail.
