Hallo dear airbnb community,
maybe you have some help for me.
I had 2 guests in my apartement which ruined my wall by spilt drink and ruined some furniture.
They departured saying nothing.
To repair all this will cost a lot of money.
Now they are writing a lot of lies about me and my apartement and are threating me by sms.
I dont know what is best to do.
Should I write back to the false accusations or leave it to airbnb to solve the problem?
I'm very disapointed since I normaly have had only very positive experience with my guests.
Has any one else had this problem what can you advice?
