Automated Checkout Procedure Email

I often get a message from a guest on the morning of check-out asking what the procedure is. They don't think to look in the apartment manual, or at the framed sign by the front door. It would be so easy to allow hosts to enter their checkout procedure online, and have the list messaged to the guest early the morning of checkout.
