I would like the calendar to be more Host friendly.  I have to go in and set the price for every day during the entire year and beyond.  It would be easier to be able to set a special price for a date range.  For example-be able to set a special price for Christmas or 4th of July. 

Also, I have a nonrefundable pet fee, but if a guest states that they have a pet, the pet doesn't add in to the reservation.

You can assign a special prices for a date range in the calendar; that is one of the features.  You start with a date and end with a date, and then put in your special price.  I apologize if you're trying to say something different.

@Carol-And-Ron0 Try this way go into Booking settings, Nightly rate, Weekend rate and as above from @Lois-and-Darryl0 for specific date rates. Good luck
