I suggest to add filter on search page that would enable guests to see only apartments with e.g. at least 4.5 stars.

Something like this (I edited price range control, just for the sake of presentation):

Another idea would be to do the same for number of reviews, i.e. "show me only apartments with at least 20 reviews".

Hy,

I just started hosting, but I think that`s a great idea.  I especially like the stars filter 😉

Stars filter is very good idea, but huge disadvantage in main filter is that the guest has not category for PROPERTY TYPE. In my opinion is the big difference between the House and the Apartment on first, second, third, etc. floor, inside some Building. We have four main categories: 

Room type, Price range, Instant Book and More filters, but the most importand category - PROPERTY TYPE is missing. I suggest to Aibnb, to include PROPERTY TYPE filter for selecting : House, Apartments ( on which floor ), Tree House, Boat House, Cave House etc.
