How about some proper customer service ?

I have recently been charged a 100 dollar penalty for cancelling a host that for some reason was able to book despite my instant booking facility being turned off. 

On countless attempts i have been thwarted trying to get the most basic of customer service - no one contacts me and my e-mails bounce back as undelivered. It is truly a nightmare ! How about bothering to contact me in order to resolve this issue.

I am having the same experience.  Where is customer service.  Why is there no link or phone number?

There is no customer service and no way of getting in contact with airbnb. I am waiting - 2 months later - to get a payment for 1 night - WHERE IS MY MONEY - as soon as I receive payment i will delete my listing - this is total bull**bleep**

You think that is bad !

I have been 'fined' twice to the tune of £180 - no response to my complaint - just deductions from my account.
