@Jennifer900  Every listing is different, and we all have different tasks we need completed by the guest on departure.  Surely the most appropriate way of dealing with this is for you, the host, to simply prepare a check list and leave it somewhere prominently in your listing?

I have a checklist which I display in a plastic holder on the kitchen bench and I also leave an extra copy, along with a pen on the kitchen bench itself.  I also have a section in the House Manual headed 'Checkout Procedure'.   On checkout day I also send the guest a message, reminding them to complete the tasks on the checklist.  If I can, I also slip a copy of the list under the entrance door early on the morning of their checkout.   I see this as a much more effective and efficient approach than expecting a guest to follow a set of tasks sent to them in a message from Airbnb.   Checklists should ideally always be hard copies.
