It would greatly aleviate many issues that I find on a regular basis if the guest would be sent a message on the day of their departure of what to do before they leave. You recently added a feature of how they can Check In including photos, which is GREAT! However, it is equally important to include Check OUT Procedures and Photos (thermostat, remotes, where to put the key, where to put the parking pass, etc). No matter how many notes or information in my written "Home Info" binders, there are always things that are missed. These things that are missed lead me to leave very bad reviews for guests and/or charges against their security deposit. I do not "recommend" these guests and therefore, they have challenges with their future bookings.
