Receiving info requests without details, no indication of the flat and no date

Good afternoon everybody, not sure you are experiencing the same problem. In the last few days I'm receiving info request about the availability of my flat without the indication of the period and/or the flat...I have two listings.

Does anyone else experience a similar issue??

I am unable to report this as there is no way to communicate to a help center.

I had the same today. When someone looks at your actual profile, (not your listing) they can contact you. It then doesn't give you the listing or dates. I just reply asking them to confirm which dates they are looking for and which apartment.
