It is really anoying when you have spent 10min or more writing a message to a guest and the cat walks on the keyboard and you loose everything you've typed! Because you don't have a system that memorise the text! One error and the text go to the void! we have to enter it all again! So, it is very annoying and disapointing from a site like airbnb... Please change this!
