Adding a line for local taxes on bill

How do I include taxes as a line item in the rental amount that people receive to secure their stay in my condo. We are in CA and are required to collect AND pay taxes.

Hi @David126. Thanks for the input. I have two things that I don't understand: 1. Why can't I get an "invoice" of exactly what my guest is being charged? and 2. My guest sent me a screenshot of her charges and I see the taxes that she was charged, which are correct, but they aren't being directed to me. I didn't get any of them in the transfer of funds. That's seems either weird or wrong or both. Thoughts? 🙂

Strongly suggest you spend some time reading the AirBnb site and how it operates.

AirBnB remit taxes they collect direct. You can do a dummy booking to see what the chrges to a guest would be but you only get advised automatically your cut and fee.
