Airbnb Answers: Guest profile photos

Hello, I am trying to see who is my prospective guest...she doesn't even have a photograph of herself...no info whatsoever,not ok when you're welcoming people..in your home;.my 1st reaction : I'm not hosting undefined people;1st requirement from airbnb for guests to have a photo, thanks, Cécile.

You can not see the photo (if any) of a potential guest, only after reservation is confirmed.

If it is a new profile (look at the date) you could ask to make it more complete, at least with ID verification. If it is a serious guest, they will do it. But indeed better not accept booking, if you feel uncomfortable about a prospective guest.

You will want to search the new airbnb policy about guest photos.  There are thousands of posts by other hosts.
