I have to say that using airbnb as a guest is fine. Problems start when you are the host and you need help from airbnb. Our last payment is 3 weeks late, there's no status in the transaction section and no answer from support. It’s pretty amazing how such a huge service has literally no support what so ever. Did anyone had problems with payments stuck without status?
@Michał7 I have been an Airbnb member for 4+ years and fortunately, I have not had any issue with receiving my payment so far. By "no answer" from support meaning they did not take your phone call? Try giving them a call/send them a tweet via Twitter. Best of luck.
