Airbnb won't configure to correct currency & won't accept opt-out of email

Does anyone know how to prevent Airbnb from emailing you constantly if the boxes for email alerts are already unchecked?

Also, it seems to be constantly be stuck on USD even though I live in the UK.  Any advice?

@Scarlett1 go to your Account Settings by clicking on your profile picture on your Dashboard.  Scroll down the page and you will see Email Settings where you can choose not to receive certain kinds of emails. 

Also, on your Dashboard page, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see Language and Currency options.  You should be able to change to UK currency there.
