Tax claims against income.

Can any of you experienced Airbnb hosts advise me on what I can claim against my income from hosting for example food and wine, cleaning or a portion of the airconditioner I have installed. Unfortunately I had to cancel the meeting at the Opera House recently. I thank you in anticipation  and look forward to your responses, Kind regards Vicki

Just thinking it might be worth posting this in the Sydney city board as it is relating to local taxes, then hosts from your area will see it and might like to respond. If you would like me to move this there, just let me know and I will be happy to. 🙂
