Guests only being charge 1/2 price

Help! Guests are arriving with printed AirBnB receipts that indicate reservations for 2 nights, but AirBnB only charged 1 night. The guests' receipt also says that they are paid in full.

We try to be gracious, but we can't have our guests only pay half.

Any thoughts? Anyone?
