Airbnb "Host guarantee" -> means NO GUARANTEE.
Guest deposit -> means " the joke is on you"
I have been host for many years and when a bad guest experience happens (it is rare, happened only twice), let me tell you -don't expect any help from AIRBNB! Nothing!
I even had a safe deposit - but I got nothing. Only annoying routine answers from a person or maybe a bot which pretend to be a person and copy paste the same answers over and over.
I suffered damage to the floor, dinning table, and kitchen equipment. I provided photos, provided the messages with the guests and ... Airbnb asks for receipts ?! Does anyone keeps his floor's receipts ? His dinning table's receipts ?
