Bad guest directory?

Has anyone started or is anyone aware of a bad guest directory? Just had an experience with a guest who is getting an $800 refund for a dirty window seal and no ac in one of seven rooms. Complete fraud! Guests who fish for something wrong to report and get a refund. There needs to be a directory of these types so we do not lose time and money on fraudulent guests!!

I hear you!  There is one for hotel/motel accommodation but when I registered for that,  I was told they don't include AIrBnB.

Trouble with bad guests is that often when they travel with a friend, they just get the friend to book for the group .

i just had the same issue, fraud and false identity. Under the "report user" on the airbnb website it railroads you into specific issues all are host related ! there is no way to report fraudulent guests! I have asked 7 times and no-one can answer me. I'm trying to protect other hosts. A google doc with name location would be a start....
