Calendar options entire/private room

I’m sorry but I’m new to air B&b. I have a lovely 4 bedroom bluff front home in Alaska on the Kenai peninsula great for weddings and fishing groups but some days my entire home will be available other days/weeks it will be just rooms available. How do I reflect this on my listing? I have read and read but can’t find this answer. Please help if any had this same issue and found a resolution! Thanks 🙏

You have to make a listing for each room, if you want the option that each room can be booked seperately.

Then you have to create another listing for the whole house (or use the current one, as you are allready offering the whole house now !) . Offcourse calenders need to be synchronized.

Please note you are offering a 20% temporary discount, no weekly or monthly discount is set. Also no charges for extra guest is set. So now a group upto 8 people can book the whole house for a bargain. Maybe temporary deactivate the listing and review your settings first, if this is not what you want.
