Calling a guest prior to accepting

does anyone know if it is possible to setup a phone call with a guest prior to accepting a reservation?

@Kermit1, no, not before accepting. Contact details are hidden until after a booking is accepted, at which point you can usually access their phone number. The reason for this is to prevent bookings outside the platform. Why do you ask? Are you looking for more details about your guest? It's usually better to keep to the messaging system anyway because then everything is on record if there are any dramas.
