Before departure, we always make sure that guests are very happy and they are for sure but we do not like to ask them to write a review, this make us a little bit unconfortable. We know very well that when people travel a lot, they can simply forget or it can be discouraging to post a review for every places that they went (restaurants, hotels, activities...) However, we would like to know if it is possible to send customers who complete a trip with us a friendly personal reminder via Airbnb's message box a few days before the 14 days expire if they didn't write immediately about their experience.
