Can guests still receive my emails through airbnb after they completed their trip?

Before departure, we always make sure that guests are very happy and they are for sure but we do not like to ask them to write a review, this make us a little bit unconfortable. We know very well that when people travel a lot, they can simply forget or it can be discouraging to post a review for every places that they went (restaurants, hotels, activities...) However, we would like to know if it is possible to send customers who complete a trip with us a friendly personal reminder via Airbnb's message box a few days before the 14 days expire if they didn't write immediately about their experience.

Hi

Yes you can still message with guests through the same way you've been communicating with them while on the trip. I've emailed guests who may have left a item in our cabin.
Airbnb also does send a reminder to guests as well. You will find that hosts here on the community have strong options on whether to ask for a review vs not asking. I don't see anything wrong with a quick message although It's a personal preference.
