Can't find my listing on the map

After hosting successfully for a couple years, I can't seem to find my listing when doing a map-based search. Where do I go to report this bug to airbnb? I am also seeing nearly zero views for the last few weeks, while I used to get bookings every night. This is confirmed in my stats page - about one view every two weeks.

Alot of competition has come along on Airbnb in the last couple of years. When is the last time you updated your listing, calendar, or added to your guidebook?
