Can you take down the listing and stay in contact with your guests?

The City of Austin is hassling me about my application for my STR license.  I have a Type 1 rental--owner occupied space, but they are saying my guesthouse needs a separate CO from the main house (the guesthouse is attached to the main house--Building Inspections says I DON'T need a separate CO--classic City of Austin treatement).  While this is being studied and negotiated, since the city inspectors clearly have me on their radar I'd like to take my listing down, but still be able to communicate with the guests who are booked for the next few months, until this conflict is resolved.  Can Airbnb do that? I cannot, for the life of me figure out how to contact Airbnb--every time I hit "Contact" it takes me to a page about my 2015 taxes.  So frustrating.  Anyone have any thoughts?  Thanks.

@Jodi3 What a mess!  If you need to stay in contact with your guests, I would block my calendar for future bookings.  Set your Availability Setting to "I want guests to arrive within 3 months" and then (manually) block the dates for the next three months.  You can try "snoozing" your listing which will block all future reservations, but I don't know what effect that would have on your communicating with your guests.

Ok, thanks so much for the suggestions, Clare--I'll try that.  jz
