Cancellation and refunds

Hi all

 

I had a guest wanting to extend her stay and as she was struggling to extend, she cancelled and then re-isued the stay (which I have been paid for in full). I then refunded her for 50% of the stay (due to my cancellation policy) but she has not received the remaining 50% of the original stay request. As I was not issued with any money for the first stay, I am worried if I accept her request for refund of the £180 that this comes out of my account? Does anyone know if Airbnb hold half of the money?

Wow this question may be beyond what a host might know.  Contact Air BNB.  If you don't know how to do that, put "contact Air BNB" in the search function of this CC and you will find multiple ways of contacting.  I like to use Twitter.
