Hi all
I had a guest wanting to extend her stay and as she was struggling to extend, she cancelled and then re-isued the stay (which I have been paid for in full). I then refunded her for 50% of the stay (due to my cancellation policy) but she has not received the remaining 50% of the original stay request. As I was not issued with any money for the first stay, I am worried if I accept her request for refund of the £180 that this comes out of my account? Does anyone know if Airbnb hold half of the money?
