Cancellation of a booking

Hi Just wondering if someone could please advise me how to remove a cancelled booking from the calander? The booking has been cancelled but it is still showing in the calander so no one else can book those date.

Hello @Nicole379,

Did you cancel the booking?

Did you accept a request from a guest to cancel?

If it was either of the above then Airbnb will block the dates. It's one of the penalties listed in the article below.

If the cancellation was done for one of the reasons listed here extenuating circumstances

you should be able to claim as described below.
