Cancelling a Reservation

Hi, we have recently accepted a reservation for next July - 9 months away.  We have just realised that the guest has had a bad review and "not recommended".  Is it ok for us to cancel the reservation?  We have had a couple of bad experiences in the past and don't want to take any chances.

@Kathleen184 If you had Instant Book enabled, you would be able to cancel the reservation penalty free.  Since you don't, you'll need to contact Airbnb for assistance.  I'm pretty confident they will cancel the reservation for you.
