Quite a few guests continue to believe that they have booked a hotel stay with a reception desk open 24/7. Hence, they refuse to communicate, disclose their arrival times, etc.
I communicate my concerns to them via Airbnb messenger. I send them Airbnb mails. I text them, and I phone them, too. Eventually, if they choose NOT to communicate at all, I move on. They will have to wait for me to show up and let them in?
I also inform Airbnb about the issue before their arrival, as I suspect that the guests may be claiming that I am not there for them. You want to cover all of your aces, don't you?
No one is as deaf as someone who does not want to hear...
