Change from STRICT to LONG TERM cancellation policy

I'm a new host.  My rental is 30 day minimum.  I am only offered FLEXIBLE - MODERATE - STRICT cancellation policies.  No idea why LONG TERM cancellation policy button-to-click not offered since this is at least a 28 day lease.  HELP?!

The "long term stay cancellation policy" is automatically applied for a 28 nights or longer reservation, no matter which one you choose from the other ones (they are only valid for short stays). When a guest is making a booking, the guest will be informed about the cancellation policy change. BTW Please note you will only show up in "long term" searches if a monthly discount is applied to your listing.
