Change of management of one home

Hello I'm intending to hand over the management of one of my guest homes to another person, the owner of the home some time next year. How do we do this and retain all reviews under the owners name please? I understand all reviews stay under my profile but are there any precednts whereby this can change please?

The reviews must stay with your account, but you can add the on as an additional host to access the account if you fully trust the owner.
