Confused on advertising property

Hi, someone, anyone. If I am advertising a condo in Maui only over New Years, where is that indicated other than my typed comments? ZI don't see where to add specific dates.

Can people just call me or email me on every inquiry? How do i set this up?

Is there anyone to call with questions? what number?

Close out your calendar for all other dates and leave New Year open, if that is the only dates that you want to be available. If you have Instant Book switched off, guests can't automatically book anyway, they would need to make an enquiry or booking request before confirming a reservation. That way you can monitor enquiries and only approve the ones that you're able accept.
