I am sorry to the sentiment of your post here, as @Alice-and-Jeff0 mentions you can use the links in her post to provide direct feedback or if it is regarding a specific on-going case I would recommend contacting the Support Team to discuss this further. I believe you have the link for the Community Guide on how to do this, however here it is again. 

I see this has been a common theme to your posts here in the Community Center, so I really hope you manage to get this sorted and if we can be of any help, please do provide a little more information.
