We are a pet friendly host with most guests being quite respectful of the property, however, a recent guests dogs stained bed covers etc etc, we don’t want to add cleaning fees to everyone but please can we have a pet cleaning fee as an added extra charge... Latest reply by Lisa723

It looks like I can no longer read what other hosts have written about guests requesting to stay at my place unless I turn on Instant Book. Is anyone else annoyed by this? Is there a reason Airbnb is trying to coerce hosts in to using Instant Book? Latest reply by Tif1

I know I'm not the only host to face this, but we have been operating in a rural county for roughly two years without problem. We have a state and city license and when we signed up on airbnb there were no local laws or regulations applying to 1 to 2 unit... Latest reply by Helen427
