I haven't seen a booking for almost 2 weeks now. I don't know why???

Barclay’s report estimates that Airbnb’s current bookings are about 37 million room-nights per year. So yes there are thousands of bookings taking place each day.

Various factors affect this, type of property, number of properties in your location, number of tourists in your location, price, amenities etc. Getting the first booking is always the most difficult bit, people reduce the prices initially to get the initial bookings and decent ratings and then increase it.

Have you done any research on what other listings are in your area and what their current nightly rate is, are you competitive  in pricing?

Yes my rates are competive and I lowered them a little to see if that would help.
