Does Airbnb ever pay attention to the comments made here?

I was just wondering if anyone from Airbnb actually reads the threads in this community to see if/where their policies might need to be adjusted or if there are persistent problems in a given area. Or if this is just basically a place to vent but no action will be taken?

If you want a potential for Air BNB action, please look at Host Voice, @Stephanie365.  The host forum is set up to assist hosts, support hosts and answered by hosts.  The Air BNB staff are there to ensure Air BNB content policies are not violated.  Do you have a suggestion, post it in Host Voice.

Pretty sure the mods are outsourced and I think they do weekly reports so in general yes, what happens to the reports who knows.
