Does anyone use Host Wise? Are they still in business?

Hey! I have a few properties and am a Mom of 2 little kids. I need someone to take care of the linens and towels and cleanings as I can't always do it. We used to use Host Wise, but moved to Pillow (which was too expensive and when problems came up with guests, they were forwarded to Zen Desk and not dealt with in a timely manor and half of the time it was "outside of their perview,") but need to get help elsewhere. Does anyone use Host Wise? Are they still in business?
