Enquiries only

Hi, Lindsay here, newbie 🙂

I'm fortunate enough to have received several enquiries, and a booking request just two days after listing.  May I ask, is it possible to set the account to 'enquiries only' not booking requests?  This will help me avoid double bookings, as I have bookings coming in from elsewhere.

As long as you have "instant book" disabled, a booking request is just another word for inquiry and you are free to accept or decline as you wish.  

Perhaps consider syncing your calendars ?

I agree that you should not have insta book enabled . 

You will get inquiries , and you still need to respond to them within the 24 hour window , so you do want to keep on top of your inbox and calendar .

PS, 

I forgot to add , I looked at your profile and I saw that it is missing the airbnb Verified ID's 

do you have them ? If not You need to have them as some potential guests might feel that by not having them , you may not be a trustworthy Host .
