Family Collection filter excludes my listing from search results.

My reservations are down sharply in the last few months, so I tried searching for my listing as a traveler.

I found that my listing came much later in searches with the most basic search criteria (from #1 to #13-20)

I also discovered that the “Family Collection” filter completely eliminates my listing from the search results.

When I called Airbnb they said I qualify for the Family Collection, but they too found the filter eliminated my listing.

They said it was a glitch, but what is being done about it?

Has anyone else had this problem?
