Freezing my airbnb for 6 months

Hi everyone,

Sadly just when I was 'getting the hang' of hosting our family has a situation where we will not be able to host for the next 6 months.

I don't really want to close down my page but is it a good thing to just block out the months?  

If you have any advice for the best way to deal with this so that in the future I can still function as a host I would appreciate it.

@Christine498 What about go to HELP and type "Snooze" as a search keyword ?

@Christine498, look up your property, go to EDIT, then to Listing Availability (I'm doing this from memory... sorry).  Where it shows AVAILABLE, click on the little arrow on the right and choose snoose. 

It will ask you for a Start and End date.
