Do other hosts in DC have rental licenses? I've never had one, just paid the D-30 taxes but recently read something that sparked my interest in whether I should have one. Can't seem to find anything that says one way or another if it's required. Latest reply by Steve-and-Ellen0

My payout for August in stats is showing far lower than it should. I have multiple listings so not sure if it's just not counting one of them? Future transactions section shows a far higher amoount for August. Is anyone else experiencing the same? Thanks. Latest reply by Carrie7
