Guest are Using the premise for business

Hi Every one.

I have a little concern that i have received 2 booking already for a girls that coming from another state to do photography

they said they do inividual portraits, now i have another request  using it for an interview. I dont know about this, i dont know if this is right or should i charge more or what? just need advice since i am little confuse or simple i am getting old and i dont know this type of business? Thanks a lot Maribel.

"My co-worker, Whitney, stayed at your beautiful place recently and loved it! I just wanted to make sure you were ok with me coming and doing the same type of work there. Just as a refresher, we travel doing individual portraits of women, and my clients come to me. I only work with one person at a time, she may bring a friend but it's never loud or crazy and I just work during the day. I also don't use large equipment or light stands, it's just me and my camera. I have all clients sign liability waivers and I carry $1 million in insurance.

"Amanda B with Jupiter Entertainment. We are interested in filming an interview at your home. We have a small team of 4ppl. Minimum equipment and we do provide insurance as well. I use 90% of my airbnb account to book locations for filming. Please be sure to visit our website for further detail about our company and what we do

@Maribel34 That sounds like boudoir photos & one at a time could still be a steady stream of folks thru your place. Don't know that abb would support a damage claim for a commercial guest & there's no way to know what will be identifiable about your home once those photos/ film interview hit the web.

If I were taking those guests, it would be at a higher than normal rate

Thanks so much Kelly for your response, I always want to be a easy host, but it seems is already the 3rd booking with commercial clients yes why not to charge more for those ones. I will investigate more.

Thanks for the insight !
