Guest doesn't show up, but his brother does

I had a guest scheduled to check in today at 6pm.  I reached out to him at about 7:30 but have not heard from him.  It is now 10:30.  He is only scheduled to stay one night.  I am not sure what to do.  Has anyone ever run into this and what did you do?  Thanks so much!

I did, and went to bed my normal hour. Guest never showed up, one of my best bookings.
