Guest not responding to arrange keys handover

I have a booking starting in 3 days.
I have been trying to get in contact for more than a week to arrange for keys handover but he is not responding. Can I cancel the reservation with no fees?

I take it that you are the host? Why would you want to cancel on your guest? Perhaps the guest is travelling and has no internet. More than a week does sound like a lot. Should guest not be in touch (could be in hospital or worse) you will get your cancellation policy enacted so you will still be paid, or at least according to that. I prefer strict for this very reason.

I say honour the booking.

Don't cancel your reservation. It is extremely unfair to the guest and you will be penalised financially and it will show up on your listing.

If you have tried to call and email the guest and you can't reach them, simply contact BnB explain the circumstances and ask them to contact the guests.
