Guest's Average Star Rating does not match Actual

Hi All:

I have confusion about this. A guest just IB'd and his "Average Star Rating shows as 4.5, while the "pop-up" with the stars given by his hosts show as 5s across the board. Does anyone know what causes this discrepancy? See pix below:

@Jennifer1421 no idea, that is weird. The overall rating should show four and a half stars shaded out. Any clues in the reviews themselves?

The reviews basically just say he's a "good guest", so I have no idea what the deal is with this.

Guess I'll find out in a couple of days...
