Guests wants to come visit my place

Guests made a reservation starting in one month but wants to come now visit the place. What do you think ?

I've done it but only after really talking with them to make sure they're legit. It worked out for me personally but be cautious with this.

I understand this from a guest standpoint, I want to know where I'm staying before I get there too.

No way. That is what the photos and reviews are for

I don't allow any advance "visits".  It appears that you are being racially profiled.  There's no valid reason for anyone to see your place in advance.  If refusal turns out to be a deal breaker - so be it.

I think that's a bit hasty, no? Maybe the person is just an equal opportunity scam artist. Or they heard airbnb horror stories.

I'd say no. I've had this request before and usually just say something about being busy and to check detailed photos, reviews and guidebook. That being said, make sure you have detailed photos and description.
