payment delay

Hello,

For our current guest, payment is taking longer than usual. Guest checked in on Dec 19th, but now on the 22nd the transaction history still says pending. Ususally payments are processed the next day after check in. Any ideas why there would be a delay?

Hmmm that sounds odd especially if payments for previous guests have gone through on schedule.  I'd contact Airbnb directly to see what's going on.
